This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to develop or sharpen a gender-reflective way of working with boys*. Attributions, generalizations and assumptions around the category "gender" shape our pedagogical actions. And it is not uncommon for children and young people to be restricted in their individual development and development opportunities. Gender-reflective boys' work expands the perspectives and possibilities of action of educators on the one hand, and individual and collective emancipatory spaces of boys* on the other. In the workshop, we offer a conceptual framework that offers an introduction to working with young people.
